Criteria
Apps that can launch directly in passthrough should show passthrough loading screens (Unity | Native | Unreal) and launch in passthrough when the user is coming from MR Home.

Additional details
This only applies to scenarios where the user is launching the app from MR Home and the app launches directly in passthrough. In these cases, the user experience should remain in MR throughout the app startup flow.

Steps to test
- Enable passthrough in MR Home.
- Verify passthrough is now enabled.
- Launch the app.
- Observe the splash screen.
Expected result
A passthrough loading screen should appear.
