Additional details

A support website is a location where users have clear means to contact the developer of the app such as an email address or a social media link.

Steps to test

  1. If one is provided, navigate to the app’s External Support Link.
  2. Examine the website.

Expected result

  • The page must load.
  • The page must meet Content Guidelines.
  • The page must not be hosted on another distribution platform.
  • The provided website must provide some way to contact support for your app or organization.
